Who Data Is Shared With

We share non-personal analytics data with our analytics provider and hosting provider, both of whom act only on our instructions. They cannot use your data for their own purposes. Your data is never sold, rented, or traded to third parties. We do not share contact form details with advertisers or any unrelated company.

What We Collect and When

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you submit. This data is provided voluntarily when you reach out to us. Our web server also automatically records your IP address, browser type, operating system, and the pages you view. This happens each time you visit the site, as with most websites.

Why We Hold Each Type

Contact form data is held solely to respond to your enquiry. Without it, we cannot reply to your question or request about the platform. Server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) are used to analyse site traffic, improve the lobby’s performance, and detect technical issues. This helps us give you a stable experience.

How to Request a Copy or Deletion

You can ask for a copy of any personal data we hold about you, or request that we delete it. Simply use the contact page to send your request. We will respond in line with Malaysian personal data protection law. We do not charge a fee for these requests, and we will confirm once your data has been removed.
